Rule-51: কোন sentence-এ দুটি comparative থাকলে প্রত্যেক adjective এর পর conjunction বা preposition বসে

Example:

Incorrect	Correct
His mobile set is inferior and less costly than hers.	His mobile set is inferior to and less costly than hers.

Rule-52: reflexive pronoun (myself, ourselves, yourself, himself, herself ইত্যাদি) সবসময় subject সহ বসে।

Example:

Incorrect	Correct
Myself did the work.	I myself did the work.
Himself went there.	He himself went there.

Rule-53: ভগ্ন সময়ের ক্ষেত্রে O’clock হয় না। পূর্ণ সময়ের ক্ষেত্রে O’clock হয়।

Example:

Incorrect	Correct
I shall go by 3:30 O’clock train.	I shall go by 3:30 train.
They will come by 3:00 train.	They will come by 3:00 O’clock train.

Rule-54: abstrain, refrain, prohibit, prevent ইত্যাদির পরে from+verb এর সাথে ing বসে।

Example:

Incorrect	Correct
My father refrains me to go.	My father refrains me from going.

Rule-55: see, let, feel, know, hear, make ইত্যাদি verb এর পর active voice-এ to বসে না, passive voice-এ to বসে।

Example:

Incorrect	Correct
I made him to wash my car.	I made him wash my car.
He was heard sing a song.	He was heard to sing a song.
